Terms of use

The reading tool

OmniNovel lets you import EPUB files, connect to web sources you choose, organize a library, and save chapters on your device for offline reading. The app does not sell or host the books or chapters you open. It may include software to help you use compatible sources, but availability and content come from those independent services.

Content and third-party sites

Only import or access material you are allowed to use. Respect the rights of authors and publishers and the terms of each website you visit. OmniNovel does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, availability, or legality of content on outside sites. Those sites may change or restrict access at any time.

Downloads and backups

Saved chapters and imported files remain on your device unless you choose to export a backup or use a device backup service. Keep your own copy of material and reading data that matter to you. Restoring a backup may replace your current local library. See our privacy policy for details about local storage, web requests, and support email.

App availability and purchases

We may update the app and its features. Web reading depends on your connection and the services you choose, so it may be interrupted. If optional paid features are offered, their price and terms will be shown before purchase through Apple. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Copyright concerns

If you believe material available through a third-party site infringes your rights, contact that site's operator or hosting provider to request removal at the source. You can also email [email protected] with the work, the relevant URL, and your contact details. We will review reports concerning features or links we control, but cannot remove material hosted by another service.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the app changes. The effective date above will show when this page was last updated. For questions, contact [email protected].
